The Manor's Memories
The Manor’s Memories is a prototype of a puzzle-horror game developed in Unity, in which the player takes the role of a family man who finds himself in a state of limbo in his manor.
Here, the protagonist will have to repeat bad memories from his life which are showcased as puzzles. However, the man is not alone in this limbo. A shadow resembling his wife is haunting the manor, and he will have to use a lantern to temporarily keep her away. The protagonist will be able to escape the limbo and reach the afterlife once he has solved all the puzzles and understood his life's mistakes.
The game was developed in three months by six students for a university project. The team roles were:
- Game Programmer, Game Designer, Producer: Alessandro Arsenio
- 2D Artist, Sound Designer: Jack Teviotdale
- Narrative Designer, Game Designer: Calum Findleton
- 3D Character Artist: Drew McKeekin
- 3D Environment Artist: Liam Rutherford
- 3D Environment Artist: Harry Lamprey
Controls for both keyboard and mouse or controller are located in the options menu.

This game is awesome! Excellent graphics and atmosphere. I didnt know how to use the lantern at first, but figured it out. Game here:
Subscribe please!Awesome game! Freaky monster as well! The sounds especially freaked me out a lot, great job there. I enjoy the story you have going on too. There's a bit too much note reading for me personally but that's just because the game was short. If it was a bit longer and the notes were spread out more then I think the flow would feel much better. Aside from that it's a really nice short horror experience. I enjoyed playing. Thank you for making it!

I gotta say this game was amazing I know it was short but the sound design the thing that was chasing you apart from the gameplay making me a little motion sick it was a good game and well made too.

creepyHello, I played this game and I liked it, interesting story with good gameplay, glad that the enemy was neatly balanced, also are there multiple endings? I tried looking around more but couldn't find anything else to do, over all really enjoyed it, good work :)
